It's still owned by Kirk but is now the largest of three insurance agencies under one umbrella along with Insurance Associates of Olney in Olney, TX, and Boulter Insurance Agency in Tuscola, TX. Kirk Stubblefield opened Stubblefield Insurance Agency, LLC in 1998. He began the company on his own and built it from the ground up. 25 years later, Kirk is still the sole owner of the agency, and he has acquired two other local insurance agencies – Insurance Associates of Olney and Boulter Insurance Agency.

Insurance Associates of Olney has a rich history in the community. It was originally made up of three different insurance companies – one of which recently celebrated its 100th anniversary.
